Hello World! It's Glenn... Again. I lost count of what act this is. For voluntary simplicity's sake, let's just call it a second act. Formerly, I was a software engineer. I worked on embedded real-time systems and E911 applications in the telecommunication field. I identify as a software engineer, but that title is a little too tight in the crotch for comfort. For the time being, I work part time as Rideshare contractor, but at heart I am an entrepreneur. I call the way I have been living over the last several years "Protirement" -- not working formally, but not retired. The flexibility of the gig economy is helpful as I assist an elderly parent with many issues that arise -- among other things. I don't want to call blogging a career, but I intend to monetize some of my activities with this online presence. I suppose monetized blogging is one of my plans for so called retirement income. One idea that I work on is accounting tools for the Rideshare business. ...
